If the driver is 65 years of age or older, they must renew every 3 years.
Furthermore, you should know that the effective period of the different types of permits it can be reduced if an extension is requested or if the applicant suffers from an illness that could worsen and directly affects their health.
When is the right time to renew your driver's license?
It's important for you to know that to renew your driver's license, you can do so up to three months before it expires, and even then, it won't result in a loss of validity days.
The process for this procedure is very easy, the procedures are easy, and you just need to take the requested documentation to a Medical Recognition Center or a Traffic Headquarters (and you don't have to retake the traffic exams like you did years ago).
