If you commit this offense, you will inevitably lose 4 points and be fined €200.
No entry or wrong way
This is considered a very serious offense. Therefore, you will lose up to 6 points and the fine ranges from €200 to €500.
Safety distance
It is mandatory for the driver to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front, allowing them to brake without the risk of collision. This is one of the most common infractions that result in points being deducted, totaling 4 points and a fine of €200.
